Hi, I'm Anna-Kaisa
An IBS Dietitian

I help people with IBS alleviate symptoms where they start, without cutting out the foods they love.
What inspired me to become an IBS dietitian was seeing how fragmented IBS care was, and how too often it only treated symptoms and not the cause of the symptoms. With my unique yoga background, I am able to go deeper to the root of IBS - the dysfunctional gut-brain axis. Combining nutrition therapy with gut-brain axis calming methods is a powerful way to ease IBS symptoms in a lasting way.
